  2. Where will the assessment centres be held?

    Assessment centres will be held in Ireland or the UK. Candidate travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Kerry Group Expenses Policy.

  3. Do you sponsor work permits?

    Dependent on the location of the role

  4. Can I apply to multiple roles?

    Please note that you are only permitted to make one application for the Graduate Programme although you will be able to list on your application form a second preferred business function.

  5. If I am rejected from the process can I reapply?

    You can only apply once in each application year. If you were unsuccessful in 2017 you are welcome to apply to the 2018 programme from 1 October

  6. When will I find out the location I have been assigned to?

    This will be at the offer stage, candidates must be flexible with travel and relocation as we offer a European Programme and Kerry operates in over 25 globally.

  7. Do you offer internships/placements/work experience/work shadowing?

    We work in partnership with certain Universities in offering placements. Placement opportunities are advertised through University Careers Services

  8. Can I receive feedback from the process if my application is rejected?

    Due to the high volume of applications we only provide feedback to the candidates who have attended the assessment centre

  9. I have submitted my application form however there are changes with my contact details, can I change this?

    Yes you can, you will need to log onto the system to complete this

  10. I have submitted my application with my grades from education however I have additional information to send, can I send this?

  11. Will the interview be in English?

    Yes the all parts of the recruitment process including the interview will be conducted in English

  12. Can I send my CV without filling in the on-line application form?

    No, all applications need to be submitted via our recruitment system Kerrygradseurope@groupgti.com

  13. Is there a deadline to submit the on-line application form?

    We recruit on a rolling basis and welcome applications throughout the year, however, if you are looking to commence employment by September 2018 we recommend submitting your application as early as possible.

  14. I have encountered problems with my on-line tests, can I retake the test?

  • Apply Online

    Before you apply, it is important that you do your research on Kerry, the food industry and the functional area that you wish to apply to. Once you have decided on the functional area that is right for you, just click on the Apply Online tab to complete the online application form and upload the most recent copy of your CV. Please note that the application process is in English and you must submit an English version of your CV.

  • Situational Judgement Test

    You will be sent a link to complete a Situational Judgement Test (SJT). It is an aptitude test which will assess your approach to problem-solving in work-related situations.

  • Application Screened

    Our dedicated graduate recruitment team will screen your application and assess your suitability to the programme. Please remember to proof read your application and CV before you apply.

  • Online Aptitude Tests

    You will be asked to complete Online Aptitude Tests. These tests are timed and you will only have one attempt to complete.

  • Video Interview

    At video interview stage you will be assessed on both your knowledge of Kerry and your motivation to join and to be part of the Graduate Programme. You will also be asked some technical questions to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills required to work in the area that you have applied to.

  • Assessment Centre

    Should you be successful at video, you will then be shortlisted to attend an Assessment Centre.

    Our Assessment Centres differ by function and you may be required to arrive the afternoon before the Assessment Centre. On the day of the Assessment Centre you will complete three activities:

    1. A presentation exercise (details of which will be provided ahead of the Assessment Centre)
    2. A group discussion exercise
    3. A final round interview

    Both the presentation and group discussion exercise are situational based and are designed to assess how you would deal with certain scenarios relevant to the role you are applying to. The final round interview is a competency based interview. In a small number of cases, some candidates may have a further on-site interview post assessment centre.

  • Job Offer

    In the majority of cases offers are made to successful candidates within 10 days of attending assessment centre.

  • Start Date

    Congratulations you are now a Kerry Graduate! Graduates join the business between July and September each year.
