Research, Development & Application
This is our innovation hub, where you'll collaborate with colleagues and customers to create great-tasting products with improved nutrition and functionality while limiting our impact on the planet. You'll be at the forefront of customer innovation, in live projects that kickstart your journey to becoming a leading food technologist. You'll also get insights into how consumers are engaging with food and what they want from their diets.
Engineering
This is our powerhouse, advancing our technological capabilities and ensuring our manufacturing facilities are world class. You'll be exposed to best practice experience in all aspects of industrial engineering, and get experience in people management, project management and continuous improvement. You'll also get experience across multiple Kerry engineering technologies, an understanding of how we contribute to the sustainability agenda, as well as the opportunity to travel.
Information Technology
This dynamic team plays a vital role in supporting and enabling the evolution of our business strategy. You'll be exposed to best practice experience in all aspects of ICT, while getting experience in people management, technical expertise, process, and project management skills. You'll get an opportunity to travel both regionally and globally as well as an understanding of how ICT contributes to our sustainability agenda.
Finance & Accounting
This team is the heart of the business, making sure our controls are robust and we're running smoothly. You'll get a structured career framework to support your growth, as well as an understanding of how Finance and Accounting contribute to our sustainability agenda. You'll also work towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
Manufacturing
This is where amazing things happen in more than 130 locations worldwide. You’ll be involved in executing strategy, contributing to our sustainability agenda, people management, project management, continuous improvement projects and lean processes to drive efficiencies. You'll get an understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing processes and the opportunity to travel both regionally and globally.
Supply Chain
This is the centre of all our operations, from sourcing raw materials to delivering sustainable nutrition. You’ll work closely with colleagues, helping to manage complex supply chains. You'll get invaluable experience in coordination between Production, Finance, Procurement and Customer Service as well as an understanding of how Supply Chain contributes to our sustainability agenda.
Human Resources
Our people are at the heart of Kerry, so the HR team is core to ensuring our teams are engaged, rewarded, healthy and productive. You'll be exposed to a range of centres of expertise such as Organisational Effectiveness, Learning and Talent Development, HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition. You’ll be part of our progressive approach to Reward, Sustainability, Transformation, Employee Relations and Engagement.
Marketing
This is the ‘dream’ team. As part of it, you’ll get insights into the market trends shaping tomorrow's food and beverage products as well as an understanding of how Marketing contributes to our sustainability agenda. You'll also get the chance to collaborate with colleagues while managing your own projects, along with a broad set of marketing skills through collaboration with our marketing network.
Food Safety & Quality (FSQ)
This is mission control, at the helm of our “Safety First, Quality Always” mantra. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering within one of our manufacturing plants to ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards without exception. You will be provided with comprehensive training across various quality and food safety activities and systems and build your knowledge of process technologies, products, and end markets.
