On the Finance Graduate Scheme, I worked in management reporting for 12 months. I was part of a team of 7 to consolidate and report on the performance of the group to the group CFO teams, to help them review the business and make decisions.
Then I rotated to M&A department where I am responsible to research on the potential acquisition targets, helping the M&A directors to evaluate the potential acquisitions, preparing investment presentations, and supporting the directors in coordinating due diligence activities.
I am also responsible for the reporting of the M&A department to the executive teams and the board of directors which are huge responsibilities.
Being a Finance Graduate in Kerry is great as I don’t only have great on-job training but you get support to gain a professional accountancy qualification. You are given great responsibility so you can learn and grow fast. Every day on the Finance Graduate scheme is different so you’ll never get bored.
