It is a great opportunity to be a part of the HR Kerry Graduate Programme, as we get responsibility and exposure from Day 1. We are given the opportunity to really broaden our knowledge and our business acumen. We also get exposure to the areas of the business to understand the inner workings.
In HR we there are many different opportunities to get involved in, from Business HR to Rewards, HR Effectiveness and our Shared Service Centre. From my experience in working in Business HR it has been a great learning experience. Every day as a Kerry Graduate is different, whether it is being involved in learning and development and talent management, interviews, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, performance and career development, or resource talent planning. Always interacting and partnering with the business.
